”I CAN FLY” ができるまで：森と石鹸屋のひらめき
開発者のモリヲは、長年、石鹸作りにたずさわり世界中の天然油脂と向き合ってきました。
転機は、ある冬の日。ブナの原生林を滑っていた時に訪れた「ひらめき」でした。
「油は水を弾きなめらかに滑る。石鹸作りの知恵を使えば、最高の滑走ができるのではないか？」
もし自然由来の素材だけで最高のワックスが作れたら。雪山に優しく、そして誰よりも気持ちよく風を切ることができる。そんな想いに突き動かされ、研究が始まりました。
石鹸職人のプライドとして、妥協は一切許しませんでした。
数えきれないほどの天然素材から滑走性の高い原料を厳選し、自ら雪山に立って滑走試験を繰り返す日々。納得のいく「滑り」と「持続性」を追求し続けた結果、開発には3年もの歳月を要してしまいました。

The Birth of "I CAN FLY": Inspiration from the Forest and the Soap Maker
For many years, Morio has been immersed in the world of soap making, working with natural oils and fats from across the globe.
The turning point came on a winter day, deep in a primeval beech forest. As he skied through the trees, inspiration struck: "Oil repels water and glides smoothly. Could the wisdom of soap making be the key to the ultimate glide?"
He wondered—what if he could create the perfect wax using only natural ingredients? It would be kind to the mountains and let riders feel the wind like never before. Driven by this vision, the research began.
Guided by his pride as a craftsman, he refused to compromise. He carefully selected high-performance raw materials from countless natural sources and spent his days on the slopes, conducting endless test runs. To achieve the perfect balance of glide and durability, the development process took three dedicated years.
The result is "I CAN FLY"—a ski and snowboard wax born from a golden ratio of plant-based oils and natural materials.
